Abstract

The present study is based on the online
shopping. E-Commerce has made life simple
and innovative of individuals and groups;
consumer behavior in online shopping is
different from the physical market where the
consumer access tosee the product. The purpose
of the research wasto study the college students
attitude and satisfaction on online shopping
especially in KAULA LUMPUR it has
impressed many students to buy the products
through online channel. Online shopping or
Marketing is the use of technology(i.e.,
computer, internet) f or better marketing
performance.
